The Command Financial Specialist (CFS) functions as the command’s principal advisor on policies and matters related to personal finance. Eligible candidates are nominated by their command. Eligibility requirements: E5 and above; must have one year remaining with current command; designated in writing by Commanding Officer and be Financially stable.
