Practice & Game Information:
Practices are held twice a week, either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday, between 1700–2000.
Games are held once or twice per week on weeknights and Saturday mornings.
Practice Requests:
Patrons may request a region—Central (Camp Foster), North (Camp Courtney), or South (Camp Kinser). Specific practice days cannot be requested in the 9-and-over divisions, as these teams are formed based on team balance and volunteer availability. Day requests for 8-and-under divisions may be granted depending on court and volunteer availability.
Important Location Information – Foster Families:
All Central Region practices will temporarily relocate to the MCCS Futenma Fitness Center starting at the end of November due to scheduling conflicts at the Foster Field House. Practices will return to the Foster Field House in January.
While practices will be based at Futenma, some games may still be scheduled at locations such as Lester Middle School or other DoDEA gymnasiums.
Families with children in both basketball and cheer should be aware that activities may occur at different camps during this period.
Start Smart Program:
Start Smart is designed for children ages 3–5 to learn sport-specific fundamentals. The program runs for the first six weeks of the season, with sessions held every Saturday on Camp Foster (location TBA).
Each child participates with a parent or guardian in guided activities designed to develop basic motor skills and build a foundation for future sports participation. Please note that Start Smart activities may occur separately from regular season games, and families may have children at two different locations.
