Lift for Life Challenge on June 8 to July 19
Celebrate your health by creating healthy fitness routines and staying disciplined with your weightlifting plan! This is a tracking and consistency challenge that is designed to help create healthy patterns around strength training to improve mission readiness and overall health. The goal is to complete at least three strength training sessions per week for 6 weeks.
