Class Descriptions
Prenatal Yoga | Tuesdays & Thursdays
For pregnant women in all trimesters.
This gentle prenatal yoga class supports your body throughout pregnancy with safe, intentional movement focused on hip openers, pelvic floor strengthening, and preparation for labor and delivery. Learn positions that may help relieve common discomforts such as back pain, tight hips, and fatigue while moving at a comfortable pace.

Postpartum Recovery Yoga | Wednesdays
For moms & babies.
This postnatal yoga class is designed to gently support healing and rebuilding after pregnancy. Classes focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, including safe movements for diastasis recti, while releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and back caused by caregiving.
Suitable for mothers 2–12 months postpartum. Babies are welcome for bonding and interaction during class. If your child is already walking, the Baby & Me class may be a better fit.

Baby & Me Yoga | Tuesdays & Wednesdays
For babies/toddlers & their parent or caregiver.
This playful yoga class encourages movement, stretching, and bonding through simple poses, songs, and interactive activities. Classes support motor skill development, coordination, mobility, and emotional connection through mindful movement and breath work.
Suitable for children ages 12 months–3 years. One adult per child is required.
Vinyasa Yoga | Thursdays
For adults.
This dynamic vinyasa yoga class links breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mind-body awareness through a flowing sequence of poses. Suitable for all experience levels.
