Bridging the Generation Gap

Communicating across generations is essential in today's connected world. Understanding how various ages communicate and behave can be crucial to reaching a common goal. BtGG shows participants the unique characteristics of today's many generations, providing a foundation to improve communication across generations through increased knowledge of generational factors, influences, and priorities. MCB Hawaii offers three options for this class:

1. Understanding Gen Z
2. Working more successfully with Millennials as a Gen Z
3. Multi-Generation class

Each class has optional material designed specifically for Service Members, including an analysis of Talent Management 2030 and how it correlates with the research around Gen Z.
