Teens Warrior Day
Marine Corps Family Team Building is proud to present Teens’ Warrior Day, a unique and immersive experience for military children ages 11–17 currently living in Okinawa. This interactive, volunteer-led event gives teens a hands‑on look at what their service member parents encounter during basic training—building confidence, resilience, and connection to the Marine Corps community.
Event Schedule
- 7:30 a.m. – Sign‑In
- 8:30 a.m. – Warm‑Up, Pledge & Oath
What to Expect
Teens’ Warrior Day is a mini Marine boot camp designed to be fun, engaging, and educational. Participants will rotate through a series of high‑energy stations, including:
- Nerf Gun Range
- Mock Combat Fitness Test
- Mini MCMAP Lesson
- Drill Instruction
- Dunk Tank Challenge – Participants aim to drop a volunteer into the water!
This event is limited to 100 participants, and parent/guardian supervision is required for the full duration.
Community Partnership
Kubasaki High School’s JROTC has been invited to present the colors and is welcome to volunteer throughout the event.
Graduation & Recognition
To celebrate their achievement, Teens’ Warrior Day will conclude with a cake‑cutting ceremony, featuring the eldest and youngest participants. Each teen will receive a personalized certificate, and volunteers will be recognized with MCFTB Letters of Appreciation (LOA) / certificates.

Advance registration via EventBrite is required to participate.

- There is no alternate date for this event.
- A confirmation email will be sent 72 hours prior. If minimum attendance is not met, MCFTB reserves the right to cancel and will notify registrants as soon as possible.
