Aikido - June

Aikido class includes warm-up exercises, cardio, core strengthening, and technique in a fun and fast-paced environment!

• Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Class Dates: June 2-25 | June 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25. 
• Time: 6:45-7:45 PM
• Location: IronWorks North dojo room
• Attire: White martial arts gi or long athletic pants and a long-sleeve shirt
• Open to all base personnel, ages 18 & older

Join with a $40 monthly pre-registration, or attend individual classes for $10 each—scan the QR code in the classroom.
