Friday Fit!

Join Marine Corps Family Team Building (MCFTB) and Semper Fit for a fun, full body workout at the MCRD Marina every Friday morning from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. During inclement weather, classes will be held inside the Jerry Coleman Center.

Please wear workout clothes and shoes, and bring plenty of water and a towel. Any required weights or equipment will be provided.

Children are welcome to attend with their parent and play on the playground during class! Parent will be responsible for their child during the class.
