The Warrior Athlete Readiness and Resilience (WARR) Program supports Marine Corps Total Fitness (MCTF) by leveraging and integrating capabilities across the Social, Spiritual, Mental, and Physical domains of fitness to meet Marines and Families where they work, train, live, and play.
 

Services Include

  • Multi-week MCTF Unit Training Program
  • Physical Fitness and Education on Total Fitness daily for 1 hr.
  • Commands may contact Director of Strength and Conditioning to schedule
  • Daily Open HITT Sessions (FCFS) and Unit sessions (by appointment)
  • Unit briefs on Program Design, Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Lifting Techniques (by appointment)
  • Warfighter Resiliency Training (by appointment)
  • Monthly Nutrition Brief (open to all patrons, no reservation needed)
    • WARR Center – 2nd Wednesday of the month 9:30-11AM
    • New River HITT Center – 2nd Thursday of the month 9:30-11AM
  • Monthly Sleep Brief (open to all patrons, no reservation needed)
    • WARR Center Classroom – 4th Wednesday of the month 10-11 AM
